“Diana Ryall is one of the greatest champions of gender equality in Australia.”

Dawn Network

An advocate for equality and inclusion

"I believe an inclusive workplace and political culture would make gender diversity an issue of the past. So this is the golden thread of my advocacy work."

Xplore for Success

Diana is founder of Xplore for Success, a company that drives equality and inclusion through career programs, workshops, executive coaching, leadership development, books and events.

With a firm focus on woman, Xplore has helped over 16,000 women reach their career aspirations. More recently Xplore has expanded it programs to include men.

Women for Election

Women for Election Australia aims to provide programs designed specifically to empower women and to help them overcome challenges they may face when considering a career in politics.

Diana has been asked to be an Ambassador for the organisation and in that role she will encourage women to stand and offer mentoring to women who seek to take on the challenge.

Honour a Woman

As a recipient of an Order of Australia medal herself, Diana is also an Ambassador to Honour a Woman — an organisation seeking to promote the recognition of deserving women through the Australian honours system.

As Ambassador, Diana is seeking to directly nominate and inspire women known to her. She is also actively encouraging and sponsoring women, with reach into areas outside her circle, to identify women they believe are deserving of nomination.

An ambassador for good

"I value integrity, fairness and support for those less fortunate both in Australia and overseas. I strive to get involved with organisations aligned with these values."

Good Return

Diana has been an Ambassador to the Australian charity, Good Return, since 2013. Good Return combines microfinance and education to help the poor in countries such as Cambodia, Fiji, Indonesia, Laos, Nepal, Philippines and Tonga, change their own lives forever.

Good Return provides the opportunity to make a one-to-one loan to a person living in poverty to enable them to start or expand a small business and increase their income. This provides further benefits to the individual borrower, their families and their communities.

Dress for Success

Diana was a member of the startup team for the charity Dress for Success Sydney in 2009. Part of a global charity group, Dress for Success supports women seeking to achieve self-sufficiency.

Diana held the position of Deputy Chair until the end of 2014 and is now a recognised Ambassador.

Diana uses her broad corporate connections to support brand awareness and the expanded reach of Dress for Success across NSW.

Other NFPs

Diana is a supporter of a number of other Not For Profit (NFP) groups in Australia including the GO foundation, National Breast Cancer Foundation, Sydney Community Foundation, Women’s Community Shelters, Human and Hope — Cambodia and Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia. All these charities support more inclusive communities.

Diana is also involved in a number of conservation groups and is passionate about renewable energy.
